Client Portal:

Upon registering for a group or individual therapy session, you will be invited to join our Secure Online Client Portal.  Please utilize the Client Portal to book group therapy sessions, an occupational therapy evaluation, individual therapy session, complete patient forms, view invoices, receive reminders, send messages, and more.

Registering for Group Therapy:

To register for group therapy sessions, scroll down to find "Group Therapy". Click on the gray box and choose which group you would like to register for. Be mindful to choose the correct day and time, as well as a single session or 4 session package.

Individual Therapy Sessions:

Individual therapy sessions are held in various locations depending on the nature of therapy and the client's needs. Please select Individual Session Location TBD to register for an occupational therapy evaluation or individual therapy sessions. Client's seeking individual occupational therapy services may first require an evaluation (determined on a case by case basis). 

Parent Child Success requires all clients to provide a credit card to keep on file, in the event of late cancellation or no-show to a scheduled appointment. Client will be charged a Late Cancellation fee of $100 for cancellation with less than 24 hours notice. In the event of a no-show to a scheduled appointment, client's credit card on file will be charged for the entirety of the service that was to be rendered.  Payment for services can be made by charging the client credit card on file, Venmo or Zelle.
