Teen Girls Retreat

WHO: Teen girls ages 13-18 years old

WHEN AND WHERE: TBA

WHY: This is the perfect place to unplug, unwind, connect to nature, connect to others, and most importantly, connect to yourself. Daily outings will include equine therapy, paddle boarding,  escape room, and more!

Teens will acquire independent living skills, mental health education, roommate etiquette, social participation, stress management techniques, teamwork, communal living skills, self-regulation, self-care skills, and effective communication. 

The retreat will provide teen girls a place to finally just BE...be relaxed, playful, calm, reflective, creative, curious, and most of all loved and accepted.
