Hannah is a Certified SOS Therapist and offers individualized coaching to parents and their picky or problem eaters. Hannah will help parents to identify developmentally appropriate foods and milestones to encourage feeding and eating. She will also educate parents on various behavioral strategies to use at home to establish healthy habits and routines around mealtimes. Children will be engaged in experiential sessions which are fun and creative.
Sessions will be 90 minutes and include client/therapist dialogue for 30-45 minutes and Sensory Enhanced Yoga for Self Regulation and Trauma Healing for the remainder of the session. Sessions will be held in private therapy rooms at Kula Yoga Shala in Jupiter, FL.
School-based therapy groups will assist and encourage the students to create a culture of inclusion, acceptance, respect, and adopting a growth mindset. Therapy groups modalities include Sensory-Enhanced Yoga for Self Regulation and Trauma Healing, therapeutic art, and therapeutic games/activities centered around a discussion topic aimed at improving and promoting our mental health. School-based therapy groups are thoughtfully designed and planned to meet the needs of each school's unique student body.
For girls ages 13-18. This group provides teenage girls the opportunity to know that they are not alone in their struggles by connecting and forming authentic friendships with their peers. Group activities include Sensory-Enhanced Yoga for Self-Regulation and Trauma Healing, therapeutic art/crafts, therapeutic games, mental health education and group discussion.
Group therapy for women 18 years and older. Weekly sessions include Sensory-Enhanced Yoga for Self Regulation and Trauma Healing (no experience necessary), therapeutic art, and discussion topics related to improving mental health.
